  • Roadmap and Handover: Action plan with milestones, KPIs, and responsibilities.

Sparring & Advisory

You don't need another employee. You need someone with a proven track record and C-level experience in building companies, someone who listens, challenges your thinking, and helps you make the decisions you are sitting on. I meet with you and your team regularly to work on whatever is currently blocking your growth.
